Having completed her MA in English literature, Monika is currently pursuing a career as a yoga trainer. She has also completed BPEd and YIC while upgrading herself in curricular activities through MSc in Yoga Therapy from Svyasa Deemed University Bangalore. Pursuing her interest in yoga, she has been working for 17 years teaching young and adults to build mind and body strength through yoga and meditation. Since the Pandemic she has been teaching yoga online. She pays intrinsic attention to every student helping them achieve flexibility in body and focus in their minds.
